Reservation Policy For current clients, reservations must be made by telephone between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. If leaving a message, please state the dates you wish service, type of service (if mid-day walk, leave approximate time you'd like your dog walked), and a telephone number with the best time to reach you. We will call back to confirm.
For same day afternoon visit, call by 9 a.m. For same day dinner visit, call by noon. For same day evening visit, call by 2 p.m. (The above are available Monday through Friday.) Overnight stays should be arranged in advance. Weekend reservations should be made by Tuesday. Service is usually available any day of the year from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., provided reservations are made in advance. Holiday surcharges will apply.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be phoned in. Cancellations for mid-day service must be received by 9 a.m. on the date of service to avoid charges for the visit.
Payment Policy Payment for daily clients is due the 5th of each month. Vacation care payment is due at or prior to time of service. Cash or check only, no credit cards.
Office Hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday. You may leave a message any time between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in mailbox two at 773-792-1224.
New Clients Please call to set up an in-home appointment. To expedite your in-home interview, please send the following information to Sam's Pet Sitting:

- Contact # for initial setup of home interview

- Emergency contact number for this period

- If dog or cat, date of last rabies vaccination. (Please have tag or photocopy of vet record at in-home interview)
